Trying to Conceive (TTC)?

One method that has been successful is charting your basal body temperature as well as using ovulation strips to identify the LH hormone surge that precedes ovulation.
Using a fertility chart can help you find the best time to conceive.  Using a chart as well as ovulation strips will increase your accuracy and may help with conception.
You are most fertile during the few days preceding ovulation and the day of ovulation. By using a chart and ovulation strips, you will be able to identify this phase and thereby increasing your conception chances.
Your chart starts on the first day of your period and this is considered day one of your cycle.  Taking your temperature at the same time every day will help you identify your body temperature increase which can be a tell-tale signs of ovulation.

Please feel free to print off the chart to use while trying to conceive.
